What is Massar Moudaris?

Massar Moudaris is the digital space for teachers in the Massar platform. It lets the teacher enter their students' grades, track attendance and absences, and view class lists and student information, as well as complete digital administrative tasks.

How does a teacher sign in to Massar?

  1. 1

Go to massarservice.men.gov.ma with a modern browser.

  2. 2

    Choose the teacher portal (Moudaris).

  3. 3

Enter your professional account credentials (identifier and password).

  4. 4

    Complete any additional verification.

  5. 5

The teacher dashboard opens with class lists and available services.

Teacher credentials needed for login

Teachers sign in with their professional identifier (the professional email on taalim.ma or the identifier issued by the administration) and their own password. If you don't know your credentials, the responsible party is the technical officer or administration at your school — teacher accounts aren't self-created.

Entering and saving grades

  1. 1

Sign in to the Moudaris portal and pick the class and subject.

  2. 2

Open the student lists and choose the assessment type (test, activity...).

  3. 3

Enter the students' grades in the fields provided.

  4. 4

Review the grades before the final save.

  5. 5

Save — and confirm the success message before closing the page.

  6. 6

Grades are later approved by the administration before appearing to students and parents.

💡 Saving tip: for large classes or weak connections, save in batches (every row or two) instead of entering everything and saving once — this reduces data loss if the connection drops.

Student lists

The portal shows the student lists assigned to you by class and subject, with their basic details. If your classes don't appear at the start of the year, it's usually because the assignments haven't been entered yet by the administration — contact them.

Absence and attendance

From the attendance section, the teacher records who is absent in each session. This data appears directly to the parent in the Waliye portal, so accuracy matters for school-family communication. Record absences the same day to avoid forgetting and mistakes.

Common problems and solutions

  • Authentication problems

Check your professional credentials and password. Contact the school's technical officer if it persists.

  • Grade-saving problems

Check your connection and retry. Save in batches and never close the window before the confirmation message.

  • Classes not showing

Assignments haven't been entered by the administration yet — contact them early in the year.

  • Service unavailable

The platform may be under maintenance or load. Try later or check men.gov.ma.
