How to view your grades

To see your grades for the 2025-2026 school year, follow these steps after signing in to the Moutamadris portal:

  1. 1Sign in at massarservice.men.gov.ma and choose the Moutamadris portal.
  2. 2From the dashboard, go to the school tracking section.
  3. 3Select the correct school year (the current one).
  4. 4Select the semester: first or second.
  5. 5Press search — your grades appear by subject.
  6. 6For the final result, open the study results statement.

Continuous-assessment grades

Continuous-assessment grades are the marks a student collects during the semester: written and oral tests, integrated activities, and class projects. Teachers enter them in the Moudaris portal, and they're approved by the administration before appearing to the student and parent.

That's why time can pass between taking a test and its grade appearing — it's normal and doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem with your account.

First and second semester results

📄 First semester

  • Grades of tests and activities from the start of the year to mid-year.
  • The semester result appears after class councils approve the grades.
  • Usually available after first-semester results are announced.

📗 Second semester

  • Covers the second half of the year.
  • The annual average combines both semesters per the weighting used.
  • Promotion and orientation decisions rely on the annual average.
ℹ️ The way averages and coefficients are calculated may vary by level, subject, and exam type. Always rely on the official result shown in the Massar platform and the instructions adopted by your school.

Grades by level

🏫 Primary school grades

Primary students' files are registered in the platform; how detailed the visible grades are may vary by level and year. Access is through the same Moutamadris portal with the correct level selected.

📚 Middle school grades

Include continuous-assessment grades for all subjects, plus the unified regional exam at the end of the third year — the latter appears after the official announcement of results.

🎓 High school and national exams

Unified national baccalaureate exam results are announced through the Ministry's official channels (the official portal and regional academies). If there's a dedicated results window during your school year, the administration and the Ministry's site are the official source — don't rely on any other site.

How a parent views their child's grades

Parents don't need the child's account: sign in to the Waliye portal with your own account (linked to your children) to see each child's grades and absences in one place. If a child doesn't appear in the account, the solution is for the school administration to link the account.

Why are my grades not showing?

  • ❓ The teacher hasn't entered the grades yet

✅ Wait until the teacher enters them.

  • ❓ Wrong school year or semester selected

✅ Check the correct year and semester before searching.

  • ❓ Grades not yet approved by the administration

✅ Grades appear after approval — ask the administration if delayed.

  • ❓ Your account isn't linked to the right class

✅ Contact your school administration to correct the information.

  • ❓ National exam results not officially announced yet

✅ Wait for the official announcement from the Ministry.

A simple illustrative example

To understand how averages are built, here's a simple illustrative example for a first-year middle-school student:

SubjectCoefficientSubject average
Arabic312.75
Mathematics412.5
Physics & Chemistry310.5
French214.5

Overall average = sum of (each subject average × its coefficient) ÷ sum of coefficients — the standard weighted approach used in school examples. Calculation methods and coefficients may vary by level, subject, and exam type; always rely on the official result shown in the Massar platform.
