Forgot Your Massar Password? Account Recovery 2026
The official recovery steps, when you need the school administration, and how to protect your account from being locked out in the future.

The official recovery steps

Go to the official login page
Open massarservice.men.gov.ma and choose your portal (Moutamadris / Waliye / Moudaris).

Click "Forgot password"
You'll find the link below the sign-in fields. Don't guess random passwords — repeated attempts can temporarily lock the account.

Enter your Code Massar
Type the code only (e.g. G123456789) without @taalim.ma and without spaces, then press search.

Follow the available recovery method
If your personal email is linked to the account, retype it and confirm — a new password arrives there. If no email is registered or you forgot it, fill in the requested personal details (name, birth date...) with a valid new email.

Sign in and change the password
After receiving the temporary password, sign in with it, then set a strong personal password and store it safely.
The email linked to your account
Self-service password recovery only works if your personal email (like Gmail or Outlook) is registered in your profile inside the platform. That's why we strongly recommend adding one from the \"personal data\" section as soon as you can sign in — one small step that spares you a trip to the administration later. Always check your spam folder while waiting for the recovery email.
When should you contact the administration?
- Email recovery failed (no email registered, or nothing arrives).
- The temporary password doesn't work.
- The account is locked after repeated attempts.
- The problem is the identifier itself (you don't know your Code Massar) — see the Code Massar guide.
The school administration is the only official reference for resetting the account — bring proof of identity.
Common recovery problems
❓ The email never arrives
✅ Check spam, the registered email's correctness, and wait a few minutes.
❓ Code Massar rejected on the recovery page
✅ Make sure it's typed correctly without the @taalim.ma suffix.
❓ "Forgot email" won't accept the new email
✅ Check the personal details you entered, or contact the administration.
❓ New password rejected
✅ Respect the strength rules: upper and lower case, digits, symbols.
Changing your password
If you can sign in and just want to change it: inside the portal, open \"personal data\" → \"change password\", enter the current one, then the new one twice. The system asks you to change it automatically at first sign-in. Full sign-in steps in the Massar login guide.
Protecting your account
- Choose a strong password you don't use on any other site.
- Never share it — not with friends or \"account fixers\".
- Don't save it in a browser on a shared or public device.
- Add your personal email to the account for self-service recovery.
- Only enter your details on the official site ending in .men.gov.ma.
Password vs Code Massar
