How do parents sign in?

Through the official Waliye portal using the parent's own credentials (identifier and password) provided or activated by the school administration. It's a separate account from the student's.

My child doesn't appear in my account — what should I do?

The account isn't linked to the student's file. Contact your child's school administration and ask them to link your parent account. Then sign in again.

What is Massar Waliye?

Massar Waliye is the digital space for parents of students in the Massar platform. It lets the parent view their children's averages across subjects, see absence days, and get essential school information — all online, anytime, anywhere.

How to open a parent account

A Waliye account is created through the child's school administration: when the student is enrolled, the parent's details are recorded, and the administration can create a parent account linked to all enrolled children. Some cases let you activate the account directly with the national ID card (CIN) — you then set the password yourself at first login.

If you don't have an account yet, go to the school administration with your national ID and request a parent account in the Massar platform.

Linking your child to the account

The link between the parent account and the student's file is made by the school administration at enrollment — there's no self-service way to add a child manually online. If your children are enrolled at different schools, they can all be linked to the same parent account.

Viewing your child's grades

After signing in to Waliye, the list of linked children appears: pick the child, then go to the grades/tracking section — the same way grades appear in the student portal (select the year and semester, then search). Full explanation in the Massar grades & results guide.

What if your child doesn't appear in your account?

Make sure you're in the correct Waliye portal, not in a student account.
Confirm the enrollment was actually completed in the platform.
Contact the child's school administration and ask them to link the parent account to the student's file.
After the administration links it, sign out and sign in again — the data will appear.
