Taalim.ma is the official school email platform of Morocco's Ministry of National Education. It provides official email accounts for students, teachers, and staff. These accounts run on Microsoft 365 (Outlook).
Note: the taalim.ma web portal is currently unreachable most of the time. Since these accounts run on Microsoft 365, you can open your school email directly from the Microsoft sign-in page (login.microsoftonline.com) by entering your full address (@taalim.ma or @student.taalim.ma), or from the official Outlook app on your phone.
How Taalim.ma relates to Massar
Taalim.ma is separate from Moutamadris, but part of the Ministry's digital ecosystem. While Massar is used for grades and school information, Taalim.ma is used for official email communication.

Outlook Massar and Taalim.ma
The relationship between Taalim and Outlook: school email accounts on Taalim.ma run on Microsoft 365 — your school email is in fact an Outlook mailbox, opened from the Microsoft 365 sign-in page or from the official Outlook app on your phone with the same address and password.
The school email is the official communication channel in the ecosystem: Massar notifications and school correspondence arrive there, and it's the key to recovering your student account password if you linked it to a personal email.
How to sign in and open Outlook
- 1Go to the Microsoft 365 sign-in page (login.microsoftonline.com) in your browser — your Taalim.ma email is an Outlook mailbox.
- 2Enter your educational email address (@student.taalim.ma or @taalim.ma).
- 3Enter the password linked to your account.
- 4The Outlook web interface opens with your inbox and messages.
- 5You can also add the account in the official Microsoft Outlook app on your phone.
Password: the Taalim email password is handed over with the account details from the administration. If you forget it, try the "forgot password" link on the login page if shown, or contact your school's technical officer. Don't confuse it with your Massar password.

Contact your school administration or the technical officer for your login credentials.
❓ Wrong password
Try the "forgot password" option on the login page. If that fails, contact the technical officer.

Check the spam folder. Messages may be sorted differently in Outlook.
